BESPOKE KITCHENS & DINING SPACES
Made for homes that don’t do standard
Your kitchen should feel as good as it looks – creafted for how you cook, gather and live. At No.54 Interiors we design and build truly bespoke kitchens and dining spaces from our Worcestershire Workshop. No ranges, no templates, just cabinetry made meticulously to suit you.
Every proportion, function and finish is considered – from statement islands and concealed appliances, seamless dining zones and storage that works quietly in the background.
And, because design and craftsmanship sit under one roof, we can manage the entire process, from cabinetry and worktops to lighting, taps, appliances and finishes, so everything feels cohesive.
DESIGNED FOR LIVING BEAUTIFULLY
A kitchen isn’t just a place to cook. It’s the space where the rhythm of the home happens. That’s why our kitchens begin with design, not specification.
As interior designres and makers, we look at how you move through the space, how you entertain or relax, and what you want the room to feel like. We respond to these exacting requirements through our design, whether it’s a sociable island, a hidden pantry, or a dining booth to sit back and unwind; everything is built to brief.
Our designs are timeless, and individually made in our Worcestershire workshop – the perfect balance of interior design thinking and true craftsmanship.

We’d been looking for our dream kitchen for so long, exploring all the options from high-end designs to Ikea, but none could quite match our specific brief – until we met Zoe and Shaun. They totally understood what we wanted, a kitchen that acknowledged the age and character of the property but mixed in a more modern touch, without it feeling much like a kitchen at all. The design, the quality of their workmanship, and their patience and flexibility with a long and often challenging build going on around them were truly exceptional. We absolutely love our new kitchen, it’s everything we hoped for and more.
From compact kitchens, to large open plan living spaces, every project is tailored to your home and lifestyle. See more here.
DESIGN NOTES // WHAT MAKES OUR KITCHENS DIFFERENT
A No.54 Interiors Kitchen isn’t just fitted – it’s designed, proportioned and built to become the fabric of your home. Here’s how we make it work:
It starts with space, not units
We plan from the ground upwards, understanding how you live and work in the space before a single cabinet is drawn.
Every cabinet, door and drawer is made to measure
There are no modular sizes, no random filler panels. Everything is made to perfectly fit the space and what’s going in it.
Design and craftsmanship under one roof
As designer and maker working side by side there’s no loss in translation – what you see in concept is exactly what’s built. And, because we can manage every part of the project, from worktops and appliances to tiles and lighting, you have one point of contact. It’s a fully integrated design-led service that removes the stress of juggling suppliers.
It’s built to last
We use premium hardware and materials alongside robust cabinetry techniques, so doors hang true, drawers glide effortlessly and finishes age gracefully.
Details that refine your style
Your kitchen should feel individual – not a copy of what’s trending this year. Whether that means reeded or framed doors, colour-matched interiors or floating shelving, every element can be uniquely yours. And if you’re not quite sure what your style is yet, that’s exactly where we come in. We’ll guide you through materials, layouts and finishes until everything feels right for you – not just what everyone else is doing.

We start by understanding how you live – how you cook, host and use your kitchen each and every day.

CREATION
Your cabinetry is built in our Worcestershire workshop. Everything hinge, joint and finish is checked for precision.
INSTALLATION
We fit everything ourselves – co-ordinating with builders, plumbers and electricians where needed – so every detail lands exactly where it should.
FAQ’S
Do you have a standard kitchen range?
No. Every No.54 kitchen is individually designed to your brief. We don’t work with standard ranges, fixed module sizes or limited colour palettes.
Instead, we start with your space and how you live in it, then design the cabinetry, layout and detailing around that. The result is a truly bespoke kitchen that feels made for your home, not fitted into it.
How do your bespoke kitchens compare to high-street kitchen brands?
High-street and “made-to-measure” kitchens usually start from pre-set cabinet sizes and adapted layouts. Our kitchens are fully bespoke – every cabinet, door and drawer is designed and made from scratch for your space.
That means no filler panels, no awkward gaps, and proportions that feel balanced and intentional. Materials, colours and finishes are all chosen for your home, not from a limited collection.
How long does a bespoke kitchen project take from design to installation?
Timescales vary depending on the size and complexity of your kitchen, but most projects follow three main stages:
-
Design & planning – typically a few weeks, including consultations, layouts, visuals and refinements
-
Workshop production – usually sevearl weeks once the design is signed off and materials are ordered
-
Installation – typically from a few days to a couple of weeks on site, depending on complexity
We’ll always talk through realistic timings at the start and coordinate with any other trades involved.
Can a bespoke kitchen work in open-plan or broken-plan spaces?
Yes – bespoke kitchens are ideal for open-plan and broken-plan layouts. We design kitchens, islands and dining areas as one connected space, zoning for cooking, eating and relaxing while keeping everything visually cohesive.
This might include a sociable island, a built-in dining bench or hidden storage that allows the space to shift from everyday family life to entertaining.
Can you design bespoke kitchens for awkward layouts, period features or extensions?
Absolutely. Because we don’t rely on standard cabinet sizes, we can design around sloped ceilings, chimney breasts, alcoves, uneven walls and newly extended spaces.
We also work carefully with period features, ensuring your kitchen respects the character of the property while functioning beautifully for modern living.
Can you integrate hidden storage and appliances into a bespoke kitchen?
Yes – hidden storage and integrated appliances are a huge part of what bespoke does best. We regularly design concealed pantries, breakfast stations, pocket-door cupboards, deep internal drawers and fully integrated appliances.
The aim is a calm, uncluttered kitchen where everything has its place and can quietly disappear when you’re not using it.
Can you design a bespoke kitchen and dining space together?
Yes. Many of our projects combine kitchen and dining into one seamless, design-led space. We consider circulation, storage, seating and lighting together so the room works practically while feeling balanced and connected.
Whether that’s a large island, a statement dining table or built-in seating, it’s all designed to support how you live and entertain.
How much does a bespoke kitchen cost?
Because every No.54 kitchen is designed and built from scratch, there isn’t a single price list. Your layout, cabinetry style, materials, worktops, appliances and finishes all influence the final investment.
We’ll always discuss budget early on and show you how different choices affect the overall cost, helping you prioritise what matters most to you while maintaining quality and longevity.
